HISTORY OF FOOD & DRINK
Helen has a passion for food and drink and likes nothing better than experimenting with historical recipes and sharing the joy with other people. Helen and Paul can attend your group and offer an exciting array of talks about a subject we often take for granted. With all the pots, pans and gadgets, we can demonstrate the love of food and drink on both sides of the social spectrum.
Helen is covered by a Food Hygiene Certificate so should you like, group members can sample the foods on offer. All foods produced come with a printed recipe sheet so visitors can see the ingredients included as well as take photos of the recipe to try for themselves at home. This is available as an addition to your talk at an extra fee.
Nothing is too much trouble, so should you have an idea in mind, Helen is happy to research and work to your needs. Previous examples include the use of cherries through history, as well as Apples, Asparagus and Plums to name just a few.
