ARTEFACT BASED TALKS
Are you looking for a presentation that is different?
Well, look no further than Discover History!
We can come and visit your group with a variety of historically accurate artefacts, and bring your chosen subject to life. Your group can see, feel, smell, and in some cases reminisce, about years gone by. Periods covered include any age between Stone Age to the 1950s. Themes include every day life and living, military, medical as well as Easter and Christmas to give you an idea of just some of the themes on offer.
These presentations are suitable for both adult groups and children's clubs. Also, because they are hands-on, they are also great for residents who are in residential care or nursing homes.

SLIDESHOW TALKS
We also offer slide show presentations on many different subjects but predominately we focus on the History of Worcester, our home city that we are so passionate about. All of our guided tours have been adapted to be delivered as a slide show presentation which means you can enjoy the tour without the effort of walking or hiding beneath an umbrella!
Discover History are available to be booked any day, all year round and can visit your group at your normal meeting time, whether it is in the morning, the afternoon or in the evening.

HISTORY OF FOOD, DRINK & COOKING
Helen has a passion for food and drink and likes nothing better than experimenting with historical recipes and sharing the joy with other people. Helen and Paul can attend your group and offer an exciting array of talks about a subject we often take for granted. With all the pots, pans and gadgets, we can demonstrate the love of food and drink on both sides of the social spectrum.
